Poetry Markets Question

I don't know if this is the proper place for this, but I thought I would post anyway and see if you guys have any good leads. I am looking for magazines that publish poetry (usually at the front or the back of the magazine for example), but some also have them spread inside the magazine. I am thinking of magazines such as True Romance, Capper's, Woman's World etc.

People's Friend's guidelines say they publish "short lyric verse should rhyme and scan as naturally as possible. It must be easy to read ... Descriptive and "mood" poetry is always possible."

Children's magazines like Highlights.

Paris Review, Atlantic Monthly -- they usually have one poem though, ummm . . . Ploughshares, Hunger Mountain, or are you looking for more mainstream mags?
