Has anyone else stumbled across this blog? As best I can tell, it's a listing of erotic romance authors -- mostly epubbed -- with the covers of recent releases, along with some backlists, and the blurbs of the recent releases are translated into Italian!

It's cool and all, but I couldn't find a Home Page that explained what the blogger was doing and WHY.

I discovered that site not long ago. Anne and I are on there. Maybe it's just to let folks in Italy or whatever know what's available from US publisher/authors?

English language romances are translated into Italian, but often very badly with a lot of the text cut to keep the books short, and as a result Italians who can't read them in the original English tend to wonder why the authors are so popular, because the books are terrible. Elise and some friends are trying to provide better translations of at least the blurbs and some excerpts, to give people a feel for what they're missing.

I read that blog pretty regularly. I think Elise runs it as a romance genre enthusiast and I find her perspective interesting and always worth reading. She has a good article on M/M on the blog and she puts in a lot of work keeping up with new releases.

This site is so cool. I'm not going to get anything done the rest of the weekend, as I try to translate stuff without peeking at the English versions!

I am sure you could suggest your books to her as well, or if you friend the blog she tends to pick up on it anyway :) . I'm not sure how she found my stuff originally but now she is always amongst the first to list, and often to review it.
