Hi, all. I've been poking around for a while and decided I should register and get my feet wet here.

My name is Rob, and I'm in the early stages of being published. I'm in that particularly fun phase where my manuscript has been sent in and the first big brutal edit is underway. I envision my editor with a giant red Sharpie, pausing occasionally to call the legal department to see if they can get out of my contract. In other words, I'm a little twitchy at the moment.

Anyway, this whole weird world is new to me, and I'm looking forward to reading more and hopefully gaining a little wisdom from those who have been down this road before. Thanks!
