Hey everybody! I'm new to this board, but not to all the AW goodness. Longtime user, first time poster and all that jazz.

I'm gonna try and post a clip of a song I recorded about a year ago or so. Maybe it's been two years. I'm curious what people think.

it's all done at home on my computer. had a band when i was 15/16, but it's been awhile. the software i bought for $50 or so and it can do multi-tracking. so i recorded each track and you can then mix them down to export as a wav or mp3.

it's pretty decent software for home demos. i have a cheap mic and a cheap guitar. i used a keyboard for the drum track (which is obscenely basic). i hope to re-record the entire song and put down something more complex for drums and a decent bass line.

Please take care what you post over the internet.... I have known many songwriters that have found their songs on the radio with someone elses name attached to it.... I wish you the best in your songwriting.... just want you to be careful.

Would love to hear the clip, but can't get it to play.

The CafePress music/media player comes up - but then it just sits there doing nothing. Pressing the available buttons does nothing.

Speakers etc all a-ok on my end.

it was the only place i could put the clip and they need a price. I overpriced it so that nobody in their right mind would buy it...and if someone did, i'd make a pretty penny...
