I've not half read it and already you've stirred old ambers for me. Just what I needed, more books and essays to read.

I'm a paranormal writer these days, and though my female heroines are free to struggle through life, they haven't got much time for such things as shoe shopping. hee hee

I love writing paranormal because I like the freedom, with the twists and turns. I suppose women's fiction could be that way also. I've yet to think about it.

I love Jane Eyre and read it first when I was about 13. Since then I've seen so many movie versions that I think perhaps I should read it again. Mr. Rochester is an emotional man and I've seen many different actors portray him successfully. The last actor I saw play Rochester is British and I didn't catch his name. It was on Masterpiece Theatre about a month ago. Excellent Rochester mmmhummm. He is still my favorite man :)

Jane Eyre is just about my favorite, too. I'm convinced my love of Jane Eyre is what fostered my love of Jasper Fforde, my current very favorite author!
