know any good conventional christian publishers? NOT POD!

HI There,

I have written a book with POD publisher and I want to change publisher. I posted a thread on POD. and it's been OK to put this bit on here!

The book is:
Power Words Teaching Bible Memoery Verses to Kids.
It shares hundreds of ideas and variations on how to creativly teach memory verses to kids. It is cross/non denom that any kids worker/ministry could use it.
I published it with Trafford (POD) but i want to change. Can anyone suggest any good conventional publishers that would be interested in this book. ALso are they accepting queries at the moment?

You might want to browse through the Christian Markets thread at the top. Inpiewriter has posted a bunch of markets. I don't know if any will fit your needs, though.

Kev: go to your local larger Christian store (Family, Berean, etc.) and pick up a copy of the 2007 edition of Christian Writers Market Guide, by Sally Stuart (they can order it if they don't have one in stock). It's a fairly exhaustive listing of Christian publishers (along with what they're looking for and contact info, pay scales, and so on), as well as Christian magazines, literary agents, you name it. It's not cheap (around 25 bucks) but it's very useful. And as always, anything you find in there, vet yourself; Sally freely admits that in the CBA market, as ABA, it pays to check.

AS for the book Gravity I live in Taiwan and don't have that freedom to pop down to get the info. ALso it would be in Chinese & my Chinese ain't that good!!!
I will order it.
