I am currently writing a travelogue of a trip I made from the Cote d'Azur in the South of France, to the Arctic Circle, Sweden/Norway. Starting with a stay in between Monte Carlo and Nice, and seeing places in Provence, I then travelled up to Brittany and on to Normandy, crossing into Belgium, the Netherlands, passing through Germany, Denmark, and spending time in Sweden and Norway, going all the way up north.
I think that this has the makings of a book, and I assume that the first task for me, apart from writing it, is to find a literary agent?
What does having a literary agent involve? Do they deal with all your writing, or just books?
Any advice, anyone?
