I need some links.

What I'm looking for is a page/site of herb lore that lists common, medicinal/healing, and magical uses of herbs.

Specifically (at the moment), I need something that would be beneficial for headaches/closed-head injuries.

(I need it for "Phillip" [current wip].)

I used to have a site bookmarked, but I can't find it. Apparently when I got ths computer (over a year ago now), I didn't get all of my bookmarks switched over.

Can anyone help me?

When you figure it out, will you let me know?
I really haven't checked any of these out beyond making sure that they should, at the very least, point you in the right direction.

http://www.gaias-garden.co.uk/herblore.html - (This one is now bookmarked. It looks good.)

http://www.herbnet.com/ask the herbalist/asktheherbalist.htm

http://www.kitchenherbalist.com/recipes.html

http://www.answers.com/topic/herbalism (Looks to be an interesting read, but if you are just looking for your answers scroll down for examples of specific herbal remedies.)

http://www.rootdown.us/Herbs/Browse.aspx (Another bookmarked site.)

http://www.answers.com/topic/list-of-medicinal-herbs

http://www.answers.com/topic/list-of-herbs-and-spices (And yet another new bookmark.)

I could find more, but these should help....at least I hope. :) I have to stop now. I will add too many new bookmarks in my own research directory.

The only website you'll ever really need for herbal information: Mrs. Grieve's Botanical

As to closed head injuries, are you looking for herbs to be used to address internal swelling/bleeding, or are you looking at those that might treat the later results of TBIs, such as memory loss, headaches, depression, etc? Let me know, and I'll see what I can dig up in my reference books.

Thanks for that! :)

Actually, I hadn't thought too terribly far ahead on that. I think the treatments for headaches and depression would be good. At the moment, I can't quite decide if memory loss would be an issue or not. (Though that might be a stall tactic since I'm not ready to get to work on transcription this morning.) So probably so, just to have the bases covered.
