Hi Everyone,

I'm Michelle and this is my first post at Absolute Write Water Cooler. I am a published author and look forward to meeting everyone and becoming a part of this forums community. It looks like there are a lot of really interesting topics here and I'm looking foward to getting involved.

Hi Cath,

Thank you for the welcome, I've found some really interesting topic so far ~smiles~. I'm on the way to making myself at home.

I write romance with heat for Liquid Silver Books and Changeling Press. My books range in genre from Contemporary and Paranormal to Comedy and Chic Lit. I'm currently working on a ghost story and a vampire series, both of which I hope to have ready for publication in the next few months ~fingers crossed~.

When I'm not pounding away at the keyboard writing, I'm usually running after my granddaughters, nine months and three years or being mom for my sixteen year old son. I also do the blog thing, giving people a little peek into the crazy world in which I live, much to the horror of my children, I'm sure, since a lot of what I post is about them ~grinz~.

Thanks for the welcome, Sthrnwriter and Travelgal. I'm still getting used to the number of doors around here, so I haven't been to the romance forum yet.

Thank you. My website has been a work in progress for three years and I think I'm finally happy with it, although I will most likely keep tweeking it every now and again.

LOL, Danzer, I don't think many people have called me 'granny', actually, most people don't believe I'm a grandmother. Scappoose, OR is just outside of Portland, right? I believe that would qualify for - maybe close ~grinz~.
