Just from glancing around the web, it doesn't appear that the American Kennel Club is a publisher. It's an AUTHOR. There are several publishers who put out their books, such as
this one, by Random House. It appears that the books are written by AKC staff and members, so I don't know that there's a way to query through them, short sending a letter to a Board member to get on the agenda and working from within.
I know that's the same thing as Ducks Unlimited, which is why I thought to look it up. I was a member of DU for years, and all of their books are written by staff or are farmed out to pre-selected outdoor writers or biologists.
Not sure about the others. But I'm sure someone will be by soon with info on them. From the selection you've picked, I'm presuming you have a proposal for a hunting dog guide? You might check the shelves at your local bookstore to see who all is publishing them. While it would be wonderful to have the official "stamp of approval" from a major organization, you might have better luck with a traditional publisher. Good luck!
