Check out this page at Red Inkworks. It has a pretty broad collection of links, including quite a few on ancient and lost civilizations. I clicked through to the Ancient and Lost Civilizations link at Crystalink, and it seems to have a good collection of links on the Inca. Didn't see any on Crete, but they have quite a few on ancient Greece, so there may be some Crete links in there.
Disclaimer: I have not looked at any of these links. I don't know how good their information is. I have followed a couple of the links to Iron Age Britain and found them useful for background info.
