I'm an author (firsts time—my book Writer Mama will be out in March!), writing instructor (it's going on six great years of working with writers), and more recently a conference speaker.

I like in Wilsonville, Oregon with my husband and daughter and three cats.

Hi Christina. Glad to meetcha! My family name is Katz (although these days I'm using my husband's name). Are we related?

I don't think we are related, but you might be related to my husband. I took his name. I liked the sound of Christina Katz.

He's originally from New York. And his Katz grandparents lived on Long Island. I'm sure that narrows it down to about 1,000 people by the same name.

My Katz grandparents lived in Brooklyn. If he's any relation, it would be through my uncle Lennie. If his grandparent isn't Leonard Katz, then it's probably pretty distant. Of course, there are a lot of Katzes out there.
