For some reason she looked like a leftover from the Renaissance fair that Jeremy had taken him to last Spring in Framingham.

My dictionary says "sometimes capitalized". I would go with spring here.

Seasons

The general rule is that seasons are only capitalized if used in a title.

But the seasons are very often capitalized in poetry, and it is also proper for a writer to capitalize the seasons in any written work of literature, if the cap provides a desired affect.
