Because, after all, that's what I think most writing is all about. No, not exploding hippos, though everyone needs some extra river cow entrails. I mean a meeting of opposites that results in a plot explosion.
I'm new to this forum, as you have already guessed. I wouldn't even have found it if I hadn't been stuck on something.
My forte is horror fiction, both fantastical and mundane. If there's a plot gap, I can usually fit a monster in the hole and send the plot down to places where the characters fear to tread. I'm mean to my characters. Hardly any survive. Though if one does make it then they're usually just a little harder to kill off.
Doesn't mean I won't try, though.
