just wondering how hard it would be to write a script based off of DC comic characters. like a superhero movie.

If you wrote a good enough script how hard would it be to sell to someone who would buy the rights?

Just wondering cause i thought it would be cool to have a justice league movie and there never was one or one in production.

I dont know if anyone here is like superman or batman fans but just wondering

Thanks!

Michael Uslan of Batfilms or Branded Entertainment pretty much owns all the rights (or has first look deals) for all DC characters.

He has plans for every DC franchise.

If you have the time to waste and never hope to sell it, then go ahead and do it as a writing sample of your capabilities for the superior genre. Who knows...

Somehow I ended up in Fort Worth. Dunno how that h
You have to be contracted to write for a copywrited character such as the DC heroes.

In other words; they call you, you don't call them.

Writing for characters that are owned by someone else that you do not have permission to write about can get you into some legal trouble.
