My husband and I suffered a house fire on Wednesday night, so I haven't been around here as much as I'd like, and don't know what the future holds for the next few weeks. Rather than give all the details here, I blogged about it here. For the moment, we're doing fine. There's lots to do, of course, but the important things are being handled. We rented a motel room in town for things like showers and such and are working to get things cleaned up so they can start repairs. Today was spent picking up waterlogged insulation batting and stacking the burned siding on a trailer to haul to the dump. Tedious, but not difficult. Nice to wander by here and see your nice notes after a long day!
