Juno Press?

Hey all. Long time no see. Or maybe for some of you, you've never seen me. I don't know. this place has grown fast since the last time I had the chance to read the boards!

Anyway, last spring I wrote a book with a friend of mine, and then was put in charge of sending it out (she's scared of rejection. We have vastly different philosophies when it comes to the whole process). We tried agents for awhile, but I got very busy (grad school) and sorta slacked off. Anyway, long story short, at end of Oct, I sent a partial to Paula Guran at Juno Books (a new imprint of Wildside Press). She liked it and requested a full. She liked the full, but indicated she'd like to see some changes. We agree with her, and are putting together a list/proposal of how we'd make those changes.

Oh wait, I was trying to cut things short.

I was just wondering if anybody here had worked with Juno in the past, or knew anybody who did work with Juno,or had any other experiences with Ms. Guran?

Well Juno just offered us a contract for a release next fall. As soon as it really sinks in, I'm going to start jumping and dancing like a crazy person.
