Redundant usage of the word will

Please examine the following sentences and tell me which one is correct:

"The computer program will produce letters that include each employee's name and address"

"The computer program will produce letters that will include each employee's name and address"

Note:

The computer program mentioned in the sentences has not been developed yet. That is why the word will must be used.

If I establish the future tense once in a sentence is that sufficient (first sentence)? Or, do I need to repeatedly use the future tense throughout the sentence (second sentence)? It seems to me that the future tense should be established once and then the remainder of the sentence should be stated in present tense as in the first sentence.

Ouch. Well, if you absolutely must document a program that hasn't been developed yet (?!), your first option is fine. IMO, you don't have repeat the word "will", it is understood and repeating it is, indeed, redundant.
