This is particularly stupid, but I can't find the English (residential) phonebook online. I'm trying to contact someone in Torquay to sort out some rights for a story.
Googling gives me dodgy links like

which insists that I agree to be added to whatever spam list they want in return for looking something up.
Is there an OFFICIAL UK phonebook online? I tried www.whitepages.co.uk as well, but was chock-full of google ads - and just offered to sell me a CD so I could audio-spam them with phone calls...
Where can I trackdown a REAL UK phone book ?
