Hi new one - we have a Share Your Work place here for critiques - you want to put your work there (the password is vista)

Just go out to the main board and look for Share Your Work. That's the place for critiques. Then come back here to chat about short stories!

Don't be nervous - we're a nice bunch here.

Welcome to the boards! Yes, people here are great, and there's a lot of good info. As Kate said, you'll get more responses if you post it on the Share Your Work board. Everyone's nervous the first few times of posting and/or submitting mss. It does get easier with time.
