What is a kink you think would be fun to write about? I mean BDSM and spanking are pretty good markets but what about those little kinks with loyal followings that nobody writes for?

Amputees? Smoking? Bloodfetish? What do you think it might be interesting to write?

I like NawaKesdo... Japanese rope bondage. It's more than bondage because it's all about the patterns that the rope makes on skin. You make your junjin into a peice of sexual art. You don't want to just tie someone up, you have to do it artfuly. So you have to describe how many crosses, and loops and knots the ropes make as they drift across the body and whether the pattern pulls into diamonds or squares based on how many knot points you have and what color ropes you're using, and what ropes can be pulled to expose and open certain body parts... okay so I'm getting a little too detailed, but ya'll get the idea.

I always found rope bondage fascinating too. Like so many things from Japan, there's such beauty in it. Though it's tied in (no pun intented) with sex, I tend to forget that and regard it as pure art. I think it's the girl scout in me. I always loved rope tying techniques. I am a bit wary of answering this...as this is not something I can really relate to anymore...though I do have more than a bit of information on the subject..

and yet I think that there is a real lack of good literature in regards to "submission" - not the BDSM ideas or such...but more involved D/s ...

Norman in his Gor books went afield there..though there is a very healthy vibrant undergound Gorean community on the net and some in real as well...and certainly a huge, healthy D/s community as well...

I think the D/s community in literature has gotten really bad press...and anytime I came across such .. it was simply canned stupid stuff...
It would be incredibly interesting to see an erotic/literary work dealing with this subject in an intelligent and open manner...

I dont know if this classifies as a "kink" but it certainly is a bona-fide lifestyle

I kinda like the blood thing. It's not something I've personally tried... I think the husband might go--huh?!--at me for that one (tmi, tmi, sorry!), but I certainly find the concept of it fascinating and arousing.

But then again, I think biting is great... though not new and fresh. Tons of biting vampires.

I think everyone has their own idea of kink, I feel it depends on your own outlook of sex, the whole concept not just bits and pieces. I find many people with many hangups think anything other than man/woman/missionary position is kinky , how dull for them. Nope, I have a little thing for blood too, so you're definitely not alone. Blood and biting (but not biting hard enough to draw blood, because that's too painful even for me.)
