First chapter or entire ms...?

I'm headed to a writers conference. We will have one minute to pitch our ms. Question: Do I take the completed ms or would the first chapter be okay?

Neither.
No-one is going to want to carry your hard copy around all day. It could easily get left in the bathroom, on the bar, in the taxi.
If they like it they will tell you what to send
