Do I have to register a script with WG of Canada and WGA???

If i have a script registered with the WGC and want to try ans sell to "HollyWood" do i have to register it with the WGA???

also if I live in Canada and want to sell a script in the U.S. do i need an American agent???

Or will my Canadian agent try to sell it in the states???

I'm so new to this I don't know whether to laugh or cry
any help would be great
