I need the world's best buffalo sauce recipe

Please. The hotter, the better, as long as it's not going to kill anyone. I see tons and tons of them online but there's so many claiming to be "the best," it's hard to tell which ones really are good.

It doesn't have to be easy, but it needs to have reasonable ingredients. Nothing I can't pick up in a normal grocery store.

My husband was Mexican and loved my buffalo chicken. Like you, the hotter the better.

Fry the chicken.

In a bowl, with a lid, add:

2 cup Lousiana Sauce
2 Tb. virgin oil
2 Tb crushed dried hot peppers
1/2 Tsp. cumin
Salt/pepper to taste
Shake or stir to mix

Add chicken, cover bowl, shake and serve with Blue Cheese Dressing or Ranch Dressing.

Besides, the chicken, I would batter and fry jalapenoes after washing them, leaving the stem on.

I need a big bucket of cold water just from looking at that recipe; never been good with the spicy kitchen. Once a visit to an Indian joint in London nearly killed me.

Been more careful since then.
