1. Can someone tell me what the little ez blinking logo next to a topic means?

2. Can someone tell me how to go in and edit my own posts for spelling and grammar?

1- means a "hot" topic (I think). Not sure what qualifies it as such, probably x-number of posts.

2- If you're logged in, then after you've entered a post the "edit" option will appear. But you won't see it until you view the post again after it's been entered.
