Ladies and Gentlemen of the Newbies Forum:

For reasons of a private nature, Maia is no longer with us here at the Water Cooler. Some of you know me already. I have been given the honour of moderating this Newbies Forum.

For those who have just arrived, we would like to welcome you to the Absolute Write Water Cooler.

You'll find a forum for just about any kind of writing, frequented by writers of all skill levels. There's a forum for posting samples of your work so that other Water Cooler members may offer a critique, and even a few for kicking back and discussing whatever comes to mind.

So have a look around and see what the Water Cooler has to offer. Just remember our primary rule: respect your fellow writers!

We're glad to have you aboard, and above all, have fun!

And Yesh, I have no trouble with spiders. Mrs. Chunky is a practicing Witch (Wiccan) and has a fake half-metre wide web in one corner of the living room ceiling, with a hand-sized spider in the middle of it. :ack

It's funny watching the expressions on folks who've never been in our house before... :grin
