Let's say I'm writing for an existing setting to which I don't have the rights but do have permission. The license-holder is expecting some sort of license fees from the publisher.
Presumably, I mention something about this in the query. I'm not the one who negotiates these things, though. Should I just include the contact information with the query? Or should I wait to see if they're interested in reading the ms first?
