Eowen
I am Eowen, not to be confused with anyone of a similar name who may have posted here. It is a popular name after all, but I spell it with two 'e's. This was originally by accident, and now it is because I have always spelled it that way.
I am a scribbler by nature, and now that I am in a very slow paced job, I have returned to my old habit of carrying a dedicated writing notebook with me. Of course, one notebook has recently turned into two: one for my main project, and another one for the random bits that have no relation to my main project, but which insist upon being written down. My main project is a fairly traditional fantasy story of indeterminate length, since I know where my characters are going, but they haven't yet told me what they're going to do on the way there. I also have fragments of several unrelated fantasies, and one space opera, all of which have many interesting events happening in them, and if I can ever find out how all the little bits in any of these universes relate to each other, I should have some interesting stories. Ah, well, sooner or later.
I am married to a wonderful man who knows not to interrupt me when I am scribbling unless I specifically ask him. Whenever the house gets organized we will be adding a four-pawed and fuzzy member to our household -- probably a cat, since we lack the time to train a puppy properly.
I've been lurking here for a while now (long enough to be completely caught up with Learn Writing with Uncle Jim), and this seems like a wonderfully friendly and informative place.
