I just purchased and downloaded a copy of scenewriter pro and it's really awesome. Now I know there are screenwriters software out there and i'm sure the one I purchased isn't the best. Then again it's all in what the person likes. Well Scene Writer pro allows you to write different scenes with "running" time...it's really cool. So for all of you "experts" out there give me your thoughts.

While I've never used it personally (I practice for when I make it big with Final Draft), I've heard good and bad things about it. (What isn't this true about though??)

If YOU can write with it, that's what matters!

Scene Writer Pro allows you to work on scenes separately--meaning you write one scene, whether it be a quick exterior or interior shot and then go to the next. It automatically adds characters the first time they have dialouge, ect. It's really cool....and much cheaper than most screenwriting software.

Consider posting a link, and telling us how much you paid for it. I searched for "Screen Writer Pro" and got lots of links, mostly to junk sites or software cracks.

You'd have to pull out my teeth with pliers before I gave up my beloved Movie Magic Screenwriter (and maybe not even then), but each to their own, it's a question of personal taste. I find that most people fanatically support whichever screenwriting package they happened to use first.

Take the critiques you get with a grain of salt. Invariably, some of the critics will be kooks, bitter curmudgeons, or complete fools. ~odocoileus

It's scenewriterpro, can't remember if it's .com or .net... but currently it's $49.95 and is pretty cool...I've never used Final Draft or Movie Magic but I like this one... :)
