Vacation home exchanges

A person here in town donated her vacation home to a Katrina survivor family. It went well I understand. They were grateful and took care of the home. Also a couple I know travel using this program, they love it.
Any specific questions?

i have tried home exchange program last month internationally and it was wonderful experience. I took help of reciplocation website that provided me various options for home swap
