I have been silent for a very long time. My family and I lost everything in Katrina, and that was only the beginning of what we were to go through. Things *appear* to finally be settling out some, and I wanted to share a project I am working on with my ministry.
It is a book called "The Lord Is My Shepherd." It is going to be similiar to the project Jenna did, only this would be from a Christian perspective. It will be a compilation of stories of strength and healing that comes from the victims of hurricane Katrina. All the proceeds from this book will be going to help the thousands of people who are still in need even 5 months after this horrendous event.

Katrina has faded from the national conciousness, but there are still so many people who need so much help. I have a tremendous burden on my heart to help these people, but am only one person. If you all would, please help spread the word and keep the project in your prayers.
