LOL. My friend wrote a story where the main character had an allergic reaction to love letters, but I don't think that's what you're looking for.
I can't think of any fantasy novels with that (though I feel like I should...), but I think it's uncommon for any fiction to have a main character with allergies. The only one I can think of is Daniel Jackson from Stargate, & even that was ignored over time.
Now that I think of it, I'm sure there are a lot of stories w/ kids as the MCs, where they have a friend who has allergies, but I can't think of any with active protagonists that have allergies. I think part of the problem is that allergies related to dust or pollen would keep the protagonist from being able to be at their best while traveling or battling if they're stuffed up. (& it's difficult to maintain energy of a quest if your MC is sick, as I found out in my NaNo novel). If they're allergic to peanuts, you won't have that problem, but unless you're going to give them a major attack when they come in contact w/ one, or peanuts are a major obstacle in the story, it probably wouldn't matter enough to give them that allergy.
However, it could be an interesting character quirk, so there's no reason to abandon the idea just because it hasn't been done a lot.
