Animal modeling & acting scams

Hi everyone

I'm working on a pitch about modeling and actings scams for animals. We all know that there are scams about becoming a model or actor for humans, but with all the animals that you see on TV and in movies, the scams that will "help your pet become famous" have gotten little attention.

Have you thought of getting your pet into modeling or acting?

Have you ever seen an animal modeling or acting scam?

Do you know anyone that has gotten caught up in an animal modeling or acting scam?

Do you know anyone who's pet actually became a successful model or actor?

I'm looking for sources to interview on all these angles. Any help would be most appreciated

I thought about this months ago because, of course, my dog is the cutest dog on the planet . I found a lot of web sites that seemed just plain bogus...they all offered huge results and charged a fee. I couldn't find anything on the internet that seemed legit, so I gave up on my dreams to see my dog in pictures!

Do you know of any of the links that looked like total scams? Or how you found them? I'd love to use them as examples ...
