Cat Fancy Assignment!

Hi Everyone,

Yesterday evening as I was about to sign off, a piece of email slipped into my inbox from Cat Fancy from the assistant editor.

It stated that my feature assignment had been scheduled for publication for the June 2006 issue.

She sent a copy of the guidelines for the feature and said the contract would follow.

Purr-fect!!!

It's about Cat Behavior. I pitched it since April or May 2005.

Actually the new Asst Editor sent me specific notes on what they would like to see and said the contract would follow.

This is my second assignment for them. My first was published in the Sept 2005 issue.

They are a pleasure to work with. Don't forget they ONLY accept pitches between Jan-May.
