Something both unusual, and I think, very good, has just arisen. Well, it arose about a week ago, but we just decided what to do about it an hour ago. I don't really want to go into specific details, but suffice to say I'm going to have to write roughly 200,000 words in the next three months or so. Well, three and a half months, to be exact. May 1 is the deadline.
My health is a bit better, and my darling wife just gave me her permission, so I'm going into isolation for much of this period. No phone, no lights, no motor car, not a single luxury.
Well, it won't be quite this drastic, but there will be no internet, no neighbors, no TV, no anything that might slow down the writing. See you all on the flip side.
