Is it possible for one's blog (I have Google) to have two sets of labels? I've thought about having one for topics, one for the names of movies reviewed.

Err, no, not really.
But why not have one big set that includes a few topics, and then one for films?
Or, why not keep a list in Google Docs or somewhere of your posts and the movies you mention in those posts, so that you can link to them in your other posts?
I'd suggest not only a link in the body of posts, where it makes sense, but also link to related posts from your arrive after the end of a post, before the comment block.

The labels all go in a block on the post, but you can customise a labels gadget to only show certain labels. So you could have indexes for the main tags in several categories on the sidebar.
