My company is looking to produce an ultra low (read: no) budget film over the summer.
What we are looking for is a 80-90 page script that can be filmed in one location (or at the most 3) with 5 or less principal actors (some extras ok). Also needs to be Southern or Rural as we will be filming in Jacksonville, FL. Preferably Horror (no sci-fi) or comedy.
Film will be shot mini-dv in about 3 weeks during the summer of 2006.
the ENTIRE budget of this film will be @ 15 grand so you aren't gonna make six figures on this. We're looking to pay $500 to the writer to purchase the script with an additional $500 for no more than 2 rewrites based on our specific needs. Writer will also recieve credit and dvd copy of the movie.
