No one's answered yet. That makes me sad.
I have never ordered feedback from Scriptapalooza and I wouldn't. Not because it isn't good, nor professional, but because I don't really think it helps a writer. Their feedback is modeled on industry coverages. See their coverage service webpage for details. It's interesting and useful for a writer to know how coverage works, but a dozen readers reading one script will prepare thirteen different coverages.
You should be writing your own logline, your own synopses, your own treatments, and writing them well. What a writer needs to hone their craft is good critiques. Detailed analysis of the story and the technique. Coverages are not critiques. There are critique services out there. Or you can beg a favour from a knowledgeable and honest friend.
