Graphicly has a new platform that allows self-publishers to upload their comic once and then distribute it across Facebook, the web, iOS, Andriod, Kindle, Nook, and Kobo. Not just through the Graphicaly app, but in the other storefronts as well. You can then monitor all sales through one interface. Also, fans purchase directly from your storefront on the platform they choose. Instead of personally trying to track all sales from 10 different platforms, this simplifies things a lot and saves people time. And they also help you format it for all the different platforms. It cost $150 per upload (about the cost to go into the iBookstore yourself), but then you get to keep 100% of the sales through Graphicly (whose app is on everything). This spells trouble for DriveThruComics, MyDigitalComics, and Illustrated Section. Comixology is the other major player, but they haven't opened up much to self-publishers. Nothing on their website publicly about it. This could change. Graphicly expects 300,000 self-published works coming out. http://graphicly.com/partners
