I edit a lot of YA, and generally agents are looking for something around 75k. You're almost there!

Like Missesdash said, it varies. That being said, I would not worry about it. Use the exact amount of words you need to tell the story. If you write it well and exceed the limit, you'll probably be alright. Cutting or adding just for the sake of meeting a word count is going to turn off someone faster than any plus or minus to said recommended word count.
