Nice! I got myself a special pen, too. Although I like my cheap pen so I just keep the other one on display, lol.

This one's extra special because I run a middle school chess club and one of the kids - thirteen years old - made it for me.

(When I saw what he could do, I commissioned a pen. I paid for the materials. I could never take something of that value as a gift from one of the kids.)

My red Swingline stapler. It doesn't bunch the staples, wasting staples like the other staplers.

*gasp* Now I need a fancy stapler. I hate mine. It's clingy and has trouble letting go.

Oooh, that is beautiful. I'll write with any pen, but I am protective over a few more expensive art ones (*clings to Pentel brush pen*). When it comes to writing, it's my laptop I'll go Mama Bear mode over--nobody goes near my laptop without asking.
