Hi everyone. I'm Drew. I'm a graphic designer and lover of books. My published writing is all non fiction(design blogs, film sites etc..) but I dabble in erotica and I have an urge to try fiction.

That being said, I am here mainly to find authors to who need cover art. I've been a graphic designer for four years and I've worked in a bookstore for six years and the only book cover I've done was never published.

My love of books, design and my years of experience in the book industry have made me realize that I need to be working with...books!

And just so everyone knows I'm not just pimping my services, please feel free to ask me anything about cover design. I'm an open book.

If you go to the bottom of the page to the 'forum jump' you can scroll down and find all the areas of this place. After you post 50 posts you can use the SYW areas to get help there. The password for some of the areas is…..vista. A word to the wise, it would be a good idea to participate first in helping others before you think about posting your own work. After you have been around here for awhile, then post something of your own for help. Good luck.

Neat! I have a degree in painting, so I love seeing book cover art.

I work in a bookstore so I see covers all day. I fell in love with the art of dust jacket design and began following and writing about my favorite book designers. Not to long ago I said to myself "wait, why am I not designing book covers" and here I am.

Welcome, Drew! Your portfolio's brilliant, you have a real skill with typography.

Can I suggest that you add a link to it in your signature? That should make it easier for you to attract the attention of interested writers.

Thanks EMaree. I will for sure add a link to my signature. I'm probably too worried about coming off as a spammer.
