Reviewers who are open to self pubs and ebooks

I'm sorry if this has been discussed in another thread but has anyone created a comprehensive list of bloggers/reviewers who are looking to cover self pubs? I've reached out to a few on my own (thanks Google) but it's like needle in a haystack as a lot of those seem to not have been updated so I end up writing to people who don't do reviews anymore or won't do self pubs and ebooks.
