Let me tell you a bit about myself

Hello everyone,

Post number 1 indicates I'm a 'newbie' so please be gentle with me.

This is me,

My name is Andy and I live in the UK. I'm 47 years old, Married with two children.
I'm employed by a big company at the moment but I'm working on a personal project to start my coffee shop.

I've joined to discover some hints and tips on writing.
I'm very amateur at the moment and my English grammar and language could do with some improvement.

I've been encouraged by my wife to write. I have written her several short erotic stories. She has read a few published stories by other authors and has commented that I could write like that.
Encouraged, I am about half way through another short story, a bit longer than the others I have written, 5 chapters (I have not done a word count yet)

I look forward to getting to know you all and to improving my ability.

Work on my profile will now commence, oh and by the way, my card is behind the virtual bar for virtual drinks.

How do you like your popcorn?

If you go to the bottom of the page to the 'forum jump' you can scroll down and find all the areas of this place. After you post 50 posts you can use the SYW areas to get help there. The password for some of the areas is…..vista. A word to the wise, it would be a good idea to participate first in helping others before you think about posting your own work. After you have been around here for awhile, then post something of your own for help. Good luck.
