Hi Everyone!

Just signed up for AW and have been lurking around for a few days, so I thought I would introduce myself. Seems a bit overwhelming, in a good way of course.

I have worked in publishing in NYC for the past six years in various marketing and editorial roles so hopefully I have some good(ish) advice to share.

It has been a while since I wrote anything, but have decided to try to start a career on the other side of the fence, and could definitely use some help and cheer!

If you go to the bottom of the page to the 'forum jump' you can scroll down and find all the areas of this place. After you post 50 posts you can use the SYW areas to get help there. The password for some of the areas is…..vista. A word to the wise, it would be a good idea to participate first in helping others before you think about posting your own work. After you have been around here for awhile, then post something of your own for help. Good luck.
