Alan Wake

Anyone else madly in love with this game? This game is tailor made for video game playing writers. It has some flaws, but the story, setting, and atmosphere more than make up for it.

And really, how many video games feature a writer as the MC?

If you've never heard of Alan Wake, it's an XBox exclusive that came out a year or two ago. There's FINALLY a PC release on the horizon and a semi-sequel coming out for the XBox sometime this year.

If you want to play it make sure to avoid plot spoilers. It doesn't rely on a twist that can be spoiled or anything, but it's a lot more fun experiencing it fresh.

Glad to hear someone else out there liked it as much as I did.

I actually downloaded the first DLC and played all the way through the same day I beat the game. The second was purchased and finished within a week.

I'm really stoked about American Nightmare, and I've read that Alan Wake 2 is already in development for the next gen Xbox.
