Obviously there is always a level of moderation - if someone started going around being totally obnoxious they shouldn't expect that others will put up with it.

Yes, Office Party's where we hang out doing nothing much. However, it is indeed moderated, like all the boards.
Are you aware there's also a chat? (It's moderated, too. We don't let anybody treat our members badly.)
If you'll take the time to read the Newbies Guide--literally read the whole thing--you'll see what sorts of activities go on at which boards, what's expected of you, what you don't have to tolerate, and more. There are also FAQs which address 99% of the questions which arise.

With the stealth of Dr. Sheldon Cooper (IQ=187), I thought substituting "dedicated for" rather than "dedicated to" and misspelling "laid-back" would fool you.
