Newbie to epublishing

I have my book available already on Amazon. It is done by Create Space, but I was thinking it might be a good idea to make it available as an ebook. I've heard of Kindle and nook and all that stuff, but my knowledge on epublishing is nil. Is there a guide or something that would help get me started?
