It's not a good idea.
If you want to submit like a pro, behave like a pro. That zine is effectively a finished form publication.
Maybe you'd get away with it. Probably you'd get away with it. But IF you sold the book and IF the publisher found out that it had been previously published and IF they cared you'd potentially destroy your name in the industry for the foreseeable future. Why risk it?
If you want to share this book as a zine, just do it and forget about submitting it for publication ever.
If you want to submit it for publication forget about publishing it as a zine for now--you can always publish it yourself later if you aren't successful with submissions.
