I want to show my antagonist's POV as he watches someone get killed. The audience does not see him neighter does any of the other characters on screen. The audience just knows that they are looking through his eyes.(Imagine a horror character like Jason stalking the kids partying in front of a camp fire). Is this some kind of funky POV. Rememeber ---nobody must see this character not even the audience.

Suggestions:

POV - watching from an upper window.

POV - watching from the rooftop.

POV - watching from behind the dumpster.

I looked in Screenwriter's Bible and they mention Phantom POV. Is this still used?
